Heather Dale

Heather is a family law practitioner with 13 years’ experience resolving family disputes. She has appeared at every level of court, and reached countless resolutions through settlement negotiations and mediations. She has expertise in asset division, spousal and child support, and custody and guardianship issues.

Particularly, Heather has expertise in the financial issues arising on divorce, such as complex property and income issues. She further assists her clients with separation agreements, prenuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
